Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
