Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
