Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Keystone Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
