Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

Summit Lakeside Energy is an energy provider in Rochester focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
