Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Wilder Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
