Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Meridian Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Rochester, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
