Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Rochester with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
