Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Hollow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
