Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Rook Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Richmond, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
