Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Health and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
