Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Richmond focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
