Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Wilder Medical is a Richmond company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
