Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Reno, NV)

Cedar Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
