Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Pharma and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
