Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Drift Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
