Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Cleveland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
