Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
