Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Spokane, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 274 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
