Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
