Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
