Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
