Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
