Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
