Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Field Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Knoxville and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
