Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
