Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Kansas City working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
