Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Mill Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
