Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 597 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
