Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
