Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
