Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
