Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Ember Pharma is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
