Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bright Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
