Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Summit Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
