Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
