Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
