Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Jose serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
