Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Oak Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
