Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
