Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Austin area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
