Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
