Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Drift Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for public records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
