Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Amberfield Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Austin, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
