Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Wichita with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
