Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Union Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
