Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Fern Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
