Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
