Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Ashton Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Minneapolis area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
