Amberfield Lantern Construction Associates is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
