Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
